1. We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is confirmed cancelled, you will get full refund. We process the refund action within 3 days.
2. We do not accept order cancellation request once the product is shipped out, please ensure your items are what you want before checking out.
3. We want you to be happy with your purchase from divitor.com. If you are not satisfied with your product, please email our customer service representatives at [email protected] to request the return. We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Return shipping cost is non-refundable.
4. We want to make sure you have a properly working product, so in the event you have a defective item, please let us know within 14 days after it was delivered, so we can help make it right.
5. If you select the wrong item or color of an item, it cannot be exchanged for something different, so please select your items carefully.
